Illawarra Fly Treetop Adventures

Walk in the treetops of a beautiful rainforest near Sydney, and enjoy the spectacular views of the canopy and Pacific Ocean. With Illawarra Fly Treetop Adventures, you can even fly on Australia’s highest zip-line.

A steel walkway up to 30 metres above the ground travels through the forest canopy for 500 metres. It features two gently swaying cantilevered arms and a central spiral tower, rising nearly 50 metres above the forest floor. The Treetop Walk includes a ground trail through the rainforest.

On the Illawarra Fly Zipline Tour, you’ll soar through the air using a series of steel cables and navigate suspension bridges up to 35 metres above ground. You’ll have the opportunity to see native animals such as wombats, echidnas and sugar gliders, and hear local birdlife.

On the Sunrise Guided Tour, on the second Saturday of the month, you can watch the glorious sunrise over the ocean and listen to birds’ dawn wake-up calls. Open seven days a week, from 9am to 5pm, Illawarra Fly Treetop Adventures is near Robertson in the Southern Highlands and Wollongong on the South Coast. From Sydney, the drive to the adventure park is 90 minutes.
