Savour award-winning handcrafted beers brewed at 4 Pine Brewing Co. in Manly, home to Sydney’s famous Manly Beach. You can also discover how 4 Pines makes its craft beers on a tour of the microbrewery, which overlooks Manly Wharf on Sydney Harbour.
The 30-minute tour is hosted by a qualified beer expert. You’ll sample five of 4 Pines’ international award-winning brews such as the Pale Ale, which is ruby-amber in colour. Lunch can be added to the tour, which operates Monday to Friday from 12.30pm.
Lunch options include the Manly Mega Burger, fish and chips or vegetarian. You must be 18 years or older to go on the tour. Established in 2008, 4 Pines is at 29/43-45 East Esplanade, a stroll from Manly Wharf.
The best way to get to Manly is by ferry from Circular Quay. You’ll enjoy splendid views as you cross Sydney Harbour to Manly Wharf. On the 30-minute ferry trip you’ll also cruise past the spectacular entrance to Sydney Harbour, called the Heads.
