Walsh Bay is also home to the internationally acclaimed indigenous dance company, Bangarra, which brings to dramatic life stories of the Dreamtime through contemporary dance. The company also has a season at the Opera House.
For blockbuster musicals and other big shows, check the events schedules at the Capitol Theatre in Haymarket, near Chinatown, the Sydney Lyric theatre in Pyrmont, the State Theatre, near the Queen Victoria Building, and the Theatre Royal in the MLC Centre.
